MATERIALS REQUIRED FOR SHISH KEBAB:

It is kneaded for about 15 more minutes, then put back in the refrigerator and rested for a little more.
At the end of the period, an egg-sized piece is taken out of the resting mortar and the garbage bottle is attached.
The bottle-attached mortar with minced meat is squeezed in the palm and shaped into a bottle.
All the mortar goes through the same processes and wrapped in skewers.
Shaped shish kebab places it on the heated grill.
It is cooked on the grill by turning it over and over.
