HOW TO MAKE KARATAY DIET: KARATAY DIET LIST AND WEEKLY MENU

Snack: Although not mandatory, peanut or herbal tea can be consumed.

Lunch: 3-4 grilled meatballs, green beans with olive oil, 1 bowl of yogurt, salad with green or radish and carrot, 1 teaspoon of flax seeds.

Snack: An apple or pear, or a bowl of yogurt if you are hungry, if not necessary.

Dinner: 3-4 regular-size lamb chops or grilled sirloin steak, artichokes with olive oil or fresh beans, leafy a seasonal salad, 1 teaspoon flax seed

Karatay Diet Day 4

Breakfast: 2 egg omelet with cheese in butter, unsalted 8-10 olives, little feta cheese, cucumber, parsley, green tea (herbal tea or other loved one)

Snack: A handful of unsalted peanuts or almonds can be consumed, although not necessarily.

Lunch: A regular beef tenderloin or 3-4 pieces of lamb chops, a plate of leek with olive oil (be careful not to eat the juice), 1 full tomato, 1 bowl of yogurt, 1 teaspoon of flax seeds.

Snack: If not hunger, you can consume a small orange or a seasonal fruit. A handful of unsalted peanuts or almonds are among the options.

Karatay Diet Day 6

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, 8-10 unsalted olives, little feta cheese, cucumber, parsley, green tea (or other popular herbal tea), a handful of pistachios.

Snack: Although not mandatory, 1 handful of walnuts can be consumed. .

Lunch: Normal size beef tenderloin grilled, lush green salad, a teaspoon of flaxseed oil, buttermilk.

Snack: If it is not necessary, you can consume a small orange or apple, or you can spend this meal with unsweetened green tea.

Dinner: Fish grill, rocket, tomato and green onion salad, plain tahini halva in the size of 2 matchboxes.

Karatay Diet Day 7

Breakfast: bacon and fried eggs or cheese omelets, 8-10 unsalted olives, little feta cheese, cucumber, parsley, green tea (herbal tea or other loved one), a handful of walnuts
